When you enter the 860 sq ft (80 m2) apartment, you will first come into a spacious, contemporary double living room that opens to a dining area.  The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals at home.  There is wifi internet available throughout.  The apartment has one double bedroom with a recently remodeled bathroom, making it perfect for up to 2 people.

Located near Bois de Vincennes with its impressive castle and spacious park, the 12th arrondissement has become one of the most emblematic quarters of the capital.  There are so many places to discover: the Viaduc des Arts and its many boutiques, Bercy Village and Cour Saint Emilion, marché d'Aligre, the Cinémathèque Française, the Palais de la Porte Dorée, the Musée des Arts Forains and so much more... Just across from Garde de Lyon, public transportation is easily accessible from the foot of the apartment (metro lines 1 and 14, RER A and RER D as well as SNCF's Transilien line R and bus stops 20, 24, 61, 63, 65, 87, 91 and Bb balabus) making it easy to visit other areas of the city.
