Enjoy a vacation stay with family or friends in this modern, uniquely decorated 3 room apartment.  The accommodation is located on the 6th floor of a beautiful Parisian building (no elevator).  It sleeps 4 to 6 people, and is conveniently located on rue de Tolbiac in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.

Le Duplex 13 is a spacious 645 sq ft (60 m2).  When you enter the apartment you will find a well-lit living room that is sure to make you feel right at home.  The fold-out couch is situated across from an adjustable flat screen TV, and is the perfect spot to relax after a long day attending meetings or visiting tourist attractions.  There is WiFi internet access throughout.  The fully equipped American-style kitchen is modern and has a bar.  There are two bedrooms: one with two twin beds and the other with a double bed and a closet.  Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo, a sink and a toilet. 

The 13th arrondissement is a commerical area of the city dotted with trees.  Here you will find many public outdoor areas where you can walk within the city while enjoying the fresh air.  Some of the well-know attractions nearby include Butte-aux-Cailles village, The Floral City (la cité Florale), Montsouris Park, Cité Universitaire, la place d'Italie, la place Denfert Rochereau and its catacombs, the national library, la Cité de la Mode and Design (Fashion and Design), la Manufacture des Gobelins, and the Austerlitz quarter with its many bars. This district also houses the Chinese quarter.  The apartment is just steps from public transportation (Glacière, line 6, RER at Cité Universitaire, Tolbiac, line 7) allowing you to visit the rest of the city with ease.
