Make your trip unforgettable with a stay in this fabulous, recently remodeled, 3 room apartment.  Located on the 14th floor of a building on avenue Gabriel Peri in Saint-Ouen, your panoramic balcony view of Paris is stunning. 

The Plein Coeur is a spacious 1010 sq ft (94 m2) apartment.  The living room is beautifully decorated with splashes of color.  There is plenty of seating for everyone with a fold-out sofa, and an arm chair.  From the living room you have access to the large balcony, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Paris and its many monuments.  The kitchen is fully equipped, and semi-open to the dining area has a large dining table that seats 8.  There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds that convert to couches.  There is a bathroom with a tub and shower, and a separate WC/toilet room for extra privacy. Finally, there is plenty of space to store your personal belongings.

Just outside of the 17th and 18th arrondissements of Paris, the city of Saint-Ouen was once the vacation hot-spot for nobility and wealthy middle class due to the Seine river that runs throught the city and its proximity to Paris.  The industrial revolution transformed Saint-Ouen into a working-class city.  Today influences from these areas have combined to make a diverse city with much to offer.  The docks have been remodeled for various uses, adding extra charm.  The city also has a beautiful castle, a park, and a famous flea market.  Paris and its many attractions, such as Champs Elysées, Saint-Lazare, Invalides, Montparnasse, and Gaîté, are easily accessible from Saint Ouen using public transportation (metro line 13 at metro station Garibaldi at the foot of the apartment, or the RER and various bus lines within a short walking distance).
