The modernly decorated apartment boasts an impressive 2150 sq ft (200 m2).  When you enter the accommodation you will first find a typical Parisian style living room with a decorative fireplace, mouldings bordering the ceilings, and hardwood floors.  There is a television and WiFi internet available throughout.  The independent kitchen is fully equipped for at-home cooking, and there is a large dining table where you can enjoy your meals with family or friends.  The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sleeps up to 4 guests, and offers maximum privacy.

You will be delighted to find yourself in the heart of it all on boulevard Saint-Germain.  This street is on the left side of the river, and spans nearly 2 miles (3 km) starting at the quay Saint Bernard and ending at quay  d'Orsay.  This area, considered the Latin Quarter of Paris, houses many boutiques, book stores, and cafes.  Among its cafes are the famous Deux Magots and Cafe de Flore, where renowned poets and artists such as Jean-Paul Sarte and Simone de Beauvoir spent time.  From your apartment you will be able to visit some of the city's most well-known attractions: Luxembourg gardens and the Tuileries, the Louvre museum and its Royal Palace (Palais Royal), Bon Marché, Odeon theatre (Théâtre de l'Odéon) and the Notre Dame cathedral on the tree-lined island.  Here you will be well connected by public transportation to other areas of the city (Saint-Germain-des-Prés metro line 4 is within walking distance, as well as line 10, Rue du Bac, and  line 12).
