Steps from Montmartre, the location is perfect for ample sightseeing opportunities in the heart of the 18th arrondissement of Paris..

Covering an impressive 970 sq ft (​​90 m2), the Francoeur reveals a stunning interior complete with stone walls, high ceilings, and stylish furniture. The spacious living room is divided into two distinct sections: on one side is a living room with a couch and a flat screen TV, and on the other side a pleasant dining area.  Wifi is available throughout the entire apartment. Compact but functional, the kitchen has everything necessary to cook great meals.  The kitchen is ipen to the dining area, allowing host to chat with the guests while preparing meals.  The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed can be found on the mezzanine separated by a curtain for extra privacy . A separate shower is also provided.  Take the wooden stairway down to a wooden living room, where you will discover a basement area with beautiful stone walls.  Spoil yourself with a king-size bed, from which you can watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. This master room also has a personal bathroom with a large and elegant bath.

The Lamarck Caulaincourt area offers a real village-like feel.  Some of the capital's finest walks can be had near Butte Montmartre, notably at 'place des Tertre' and the legendary St. Peter 's Basilica . The art-lovers in your group will be pleased to find works from the area's artists at the Montmartre Museum.  They can also visitthe Dali Museum, where there is an array of works from the masters. Animated nightlife can be found at Moulin Rouge as well as in many other nearby theaters: the Theatre des Abbesses , L' Etoile du Nord and Theatre Workshop . Rue Francoeur street is easily accessible by metro line 12,station Lamarck - Caulaincourt, or by bus RATP routes 31, 80, and 95.
