This magnificent apartment is truly a one-one-a-kind find in the heart of Paris.  The 2 room apartment, complete with a veranda, was recently remodeled to please even the most refined guests.  It is located on the 9th floor of a bourgeois building on boulevard Saint Marcel in the Gobelins quarter of the 13th arrondissement of the French capital.

The 700 sq ft (65 m2) apartment has an uninhibited view of some of Paris's most well known monuments including the Eiffel Tower, Invalides, and Montparnasse.  The accommodation comfortably sleeps 2 to 4 guests thanks to a large bed and a fold-out couch.  In the white living room there is a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the apartment.  The kitchen, complete with an island, opens to the living room.  It is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.  The bedroom consists of a double bed as well as a small office area.  The bathroom has a tropical rain style showerhead and a double sink.

The 13th arrondissement is world renound for the Chinese district.  This area is also home to the historic Butte aux Cailles and the Bibliothèque Nationale (National Library).  Within just a short walking distance you will find Manufacture des Gobelins factory, and the Cité de la Mode fashion project near the Austerlitz train station where you will find various exhibitions throughout the year.  Your apartment is also very near the border of the 5th and 6th districts, so you can easily walk to the Luxembourg gardens, as well as the Jardin des Plantes garden.  It is also located near place d'Italie.  The area is well connected by public transportation (bus 91, 27, 47, 83 and metro Gobelins, line 7, Saint Marcel, line 5) allowing easy access to the other areas of the capital.
