Le Roosevelt is a 560 sq ft (52 m2) apartment with a spacious living room.  In this cozy space there is a designer couch, flat screen TV and WiFi internet.  The fully equipped  kitchen is open to the living room.  In the bedroom there is a double bed that sleeps two guests comfortably, and a large dressing room area.  The final touch on the apartment is the luxurious bathroom. 

Le Triangle d'Or (The Golden Triangle) is an affluent and important part of the Champs-Élysées quarter.  The main avenues of the area include Montaigne, Champs-Élysées and George-V.  Many of the most important attractions of the French capital are located within walking distance, including the Arc of Triumph, Jacquemart-André museum, Place de la Concorde, and stunning palaces including the Petit and Grand Palais, and Palais de la Découverte.  Public transportation is easily accessible from your apartment, making it easy to visit the rest of the city (Franklin D.Roosevelt metro, lines 1 and 9).  If you prefer extra privacy, there is a taxi stand at the foot of the apartment.
