It is located on the 2nd floor of a Haussman style building on the street rue Marbeuf, placing you in what is called the Golden Triangle just steps from Champs Elysées and the Place de l'Etoile in Paris' 8th arrondissement.

The first thing you will notice when you enter the 2315 sq ft (215 m2) apartment is the double living room with a unique style that combines ancient styles with modern decor. The hardwood floors and beautiful cieling moldings add a special touch. After a long day of visiting the capital or attending business meetings you can relax on the red sofa or leather couch. Cross the Seine river to find even more great attractions including Invalides, Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower, and even Saint Germain-des-Prés. Public transportation is easily accessible from the foot of your apartment (lines 1, 2, 6, 9 and RER A) allowing you to visit other districts of Paris.
