The 3 room, ground floor accommodation is located in the famous Triangle d'Or (Golden Triangle) in the 8th district of Paris in a prestigious building on rue de Marignan.
Le Marignan apartment covers an impressive 800 sq ft (75 m2). When you open door you will find a large main room with a contemporary and stylish design. The kitchen has an American style bar, and is fully equipped for at home cooking. In the living room you will find several comfortable couches across from a flat screen TV where you can relax and unwind after a long day in the French capital. There is also a corner office area, and wifi internet access is available throughout the apartment. Moving deeper into the apartment you will find two bedrooms. The first is a double room with its own television and plenty of space to store your personal belongings. The second bedroom is great for 1 guest, as it has a fold-out couch. Next you will find a private, furnished garden from which you can enjoy the sunny days outdoors. Finally there is a beautiful bathroom with a tropical rain style shower head.
