The spacious 1140 sq ft (106 m2) apartment is spread out over three different levels.  On the first level you will find a brightly lit living room with a leather couch that is conveniently situated across from a flat-screen TV with internet and wifi.  The american style kitchen is fully equipped for at-home cooking.  From this floor you have access to the beautiful terrace, from which you can bask in the Parisian sun.  On the second floor you will find three bedrooms: two with single beds and one with a fold-out couch.  On the third level you will find the master bedroom with views of some of the most beautiful monuments of Paris including the George Pompidou Center and the Eiffel Tower.  Finally there is a beautiful bathroom with a tropical rain style shower and separate toilet area, allowing for extra privacy for the guests.  

Historically the Marais was the residential area for the nobility of France.  Here you will find many emblematic places to visit:  Musée des Arts et Métiers, Musée Picasso, Place des Vosges, Cirque d’Hiver, Place de la République, Archives Nationales, Centre Pompidou, Rue des Rosiers, Rue des Francs-Bourgeois, Musée Carnavalet,l'Hôtel de Ville and Place de la Bastille.  The streets of the Marais are doted with boutiques from many up and coming stylists in the Paris fashion scene, as well as numerous dining and nightlife hot spots.  The public transportation access here is one of the best in the city, allowing you to visit other areas with ease should you wish to do so (metro Bréguet-Sabin, line 5, Chemin Vert, line 8 or Bastille, lines 1, 5 et 8).
