The accommodation is a spacious 1400 sq ft (130 m2) with wooden floors and beautiful moldings.  When you open the doors you will immediately find a double living room that is brightly lit.  The luxurious yet modern design of the living room, with its comfortable couch located across from an old-fashioned fireplace, makes it the ideal spot to unwind after a long day of touring the city or attending meetings.  The American-style kitchen boasts a small island and opens to the living room.  It is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.  The dining room table seats up to 8 people.  The apartment, including its two spacious bedrooms, was recently remodeled by a well known interior designer.  The master bedroom has a large bed that sleeps two, a flat screen TV, a fireplace, and built in cabinets where you can organize your belongings.  The master bedroom also has its own private bathroom with an elegant bathtub.  The second bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with a tropical rain style shower head.  The toilets are separate to ensure extra privacy for your and your guests.  Finally, there is an extra children's bedroom should you be traveling with little ones.  

During the 19th century Napoléon III requested that Baron Haussmann redesign the city of Paris in order to better the living conditions by widening the medieval streets and constructing spacious apartment buildings along these streets.  The 8th arrondissement is the best example of this transformation, and boasts many of these Haussmannien style buildings.  This arrondissement also houses one of the most influential places in the city, Palais de l’Élysée.  From your apartment you can easily walk to avenues of the Triangle d'Or (Golden Triangle): Montaigne and the Champs-Elysées with its many luxury boutiques including Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Lancel. You can also easily walk toward l'Arc de Triomphe or visit the many museums such as the Grand Palais, musée Jacquemart-André, musée Nissim de Camondo, Madeleine and its church, Concorde and its obelisk...  If you love green, open spaces you will be delighted to learn that Monceau Park and its beautiful flower-lined paths are also within walking distance of your apartment.  The accommodation is well connected by public transportation (métro Saint-Phillippe-du-Roule, line 9 or Franklin D.
