Add an extra touch of elegance to your vacation to the French capital with a stay in this well decorated, 5 room, 1580 sq ft (147 m2) apartment.  The 3rd floor accommodation has an elevator, and is located in a posh building on the famous rue Emile Duclaux at Pasteur in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. 

When you enter Le Splendide you will find a traditional Parisian style living room with hardwood floors.  The comfortable leather sofas are situated across from a flat screen TV, and are the perfect place to relax after a long day visiting the attractions of the city of lights, or attending business meetings.  WiFi internet access is available throughout the apartment. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area is ideal for meals amongst family or friends.  There are 4 bedrooms, two with double beds and the other two with single beds, making the accommodation perfect for up to 6 guests.  Finally, there are 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub, the other with a shower.

The 15th arrondissement is known for its lively and friendly atmosphere.  Several well-known attractions are just walking distance from the apartment : Champ de Mars the Eiffel Tower, the André Citroën park with its hot air balloon,the street rue de Rennes with its many stores, Ecole Militaire next to Invalides and even Saint-Germain-des-Prés with its famous church.  Conveniently located near both the bus and metro stations (metro line 6 or 12 and bus stops 39, 70 and 89) you and your guests will find it easy to visit other areas of the city.
