You may choose to master the art of relaxation during your vacation when you settle into this magnificent 3-story home, complete with a breathtaking garden. Located just outside of Paris in the village-like city of Montrouge in the Hauts-de-Seine district, each of your guests will find an activity to suit them whether they prefer the bustling nightlife of the French capital or sipping an espresso in a local cafe.
On the first floor of the 1500 sq ft (140 m2) Le Chopin apartment you will find a cozy living room with a fold-out couch and a flat-screen TV as well as wifi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped for at-home cooking, and you will find a dining table in the windowed veranda overlooking the garden, and a 2nd dining table in the kitchen. There is also a single bedroom and bathroom with an elegant bathtub and toilet. Climb the antique wooden stairs to the master bedroom where you will have the added convenience of a private TV and plenty of space to store your personal belongings. On the second floor there is also a single bedroom and a bathroom. On the third floor you will have a 4th bedroom that is ideal for a child. Finally, there is a beautiful and peaceful 1075 sq ft (100 m2) that is perfect for outdoor barbecues or parties. Should you be using a car during your stay there are plenty of parking spots on rue Chopin.
The accommodation is located near several public transportation hubs including Autolib (11 stations), the metro (lines 4 and 13) and the bus (12 lines), allowing you to visit some of the city's most famous districts in mere minutes: Montparnasse in 10 minutes, Les Invalides in 15 minutes, Les Champs Elysées in 20 minutes, or Saint Lazare in 30 minutes.
